Refund Policy

There is a 30-day refund policy of the original payment WITHOUT gateway fees. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

It is the user’s responsibility to seek help if there are claims that the plugin does not work as expected.

The payment gateways (Stripe and Paypal) used by our payments system do not refund gateway fees when refunds are processed. This means that for your original full payment to be refunded, we would be in the negative.

For this reason, refunds are provided excluding any gateway fees that were collected (usually a few dollars).

Example:

You purchase Kikote for $39.99, we receive $37.99 after gateway fees are processed (this value is not fixed).

When providing a refund, we would refund you $37.99 not $39.99, because if we refunded you $39.99, we would be at a loss of $2 with your purchase.

Our refund rate is extremely low, most users who purchase Kikote enjoy it. Refund requests usually come in from customers who purchase the plugin without fully knowing if it meets their needs.
